About Basic Interpretation
My real name is Christopher Dalton Wilson and I am currently a Creative Writing and History double major at Pfeiffer University. What are you going to do with that education, you might ask. Simple, I am going to try to write books and maybe become a history professor. Yep, I was sick one day and decided to join the blogging masses to get in the habit of writing constantly and, also, to tell my friends a bit more about me and update them about the stuff I am working on.
I chose the moniker Basic Interpretation as my Yahoo name years ago with just a beginning of an idea beginning to form in my head about the purpose of the alter ego. Now, it pretty much sums up my approach at life. I try to understand every body I meet and why they believe the way they believe and respect it but not necessarily adopt it. Try just stay grounded in my basic interpretation of ethics and morality without compromising them. The same goes for religion. I try to understand other’s beliefs while simultaneously trying to analyze and build on my religious beliefs all while staying grounded in the simple or basic interpretation or the core of my belief system. A lot of times, I feel that people have been missing the point either by not trying or by over complicating everything. And that is what Basic Interpretation is about.
Enjoy my blogs and my writing. Read the first few blogs if you want to know more about me or go to www.facebook.com/basicinterpretation.
